We invest the advanced inspection equipments. 100% marine airbags are tested and inspected as per the requirements of CB/T 37795 Non conformed products are immediately rejected by Quality Control Department. Evergreen welcomes product inspections by customer or appointed third party such as CCS, LR, DNV, SGS and ABS.
Construction Features
Evergreen marine airbags have the best designed structure which consists of five different functional membranes in rubber layers. ANd the are made by patented whole enlacing technology which eliminates joints of cylindrical bodys with hemispherical heads.
1.Outer and inner rubber layer
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of marine airbags to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usages.
The inner rubber layers seals pressurized air inside airbags.
2. End fittings
End fiitings include air tightness swivel and safety air inlet.
3. Synthetic tire cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic tire cord commonly used in tires are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.

DIA1.5: the diameter is 1.5m
EL15M: the effective length is 15m
YT-6: the number of synthetic tire cord layers is 6 layers
1260D: the tyre of synthetic tire cord layers is 1260.
